SPL offers a broad range of diversified services; Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, Mining, Defence and Security, Engineering, Inspection and Survey services.

For Energy, we currently provide technical and consulting services in the Oil and Gas industry, Exploration and Production (E & P), Midstream and Downstream. We are registered as an E & P company in Nigeria and have built a team of competent professionals, with many years of E & P experience. We are currently considering various E & P opportunities in Nigeria, Sao Tome and Principe and the Democratic Republic of Congo and are continuously pursing our goals, amongst which is to become a full E & P operator by 2021 / 2022. We are also focused on renewable energy, looking at various sustainable and affordable solutions for the African continent and aim to become a prominent supplier of renewable energy in Africa by 2030.

For Mining, we are currently engaged in talks on some huge mining opportunities in Africa which have been identified and currently evaluating and intend to make possible announcements by 1st quarter 2022.

For Defence and Security, we provide Government, Military and Institutions various solutions; hardware and software needed to combat and contain threats, protect their assets and provide a safe and secure environment.

For Offshore services, we categorize these under; Integrity Management Systems (IMS), Pipeline Integrity Management, and Subsea Asset Integrity Management. We perform level I, II and III platform inspections, offshore asset integrity management; geometry inspection, MFL Inspection, intelligent pigging, subsea and pipeline engineering; corrosion inspection and pipeline camera inspection, rig acceptance & safety surveys, rig condition surveys, ROV services; hydrographic surveying, positioning and geophysical services, marine vessel surveys, equipment condition evaluation, lifting and NDT.

We have a strong portfolio of services and combined with a growing fleet of specialized equipment which enables SPL to deliver cost-effective, tailored solutions to meet individual client needs. Some of the services provided are delivered through our strategic alliances.

Our services include:

Energy

We are a registered Exploration and Production Company and actively looking for Oil and Gas assets that fall within our set parameters for exploration and production.

We aim to build a portfolio of conventional and renewable energy assets over the next ten years as we move on from hydrocarbon to strictly renewable energy options in the coming years.

Having provided various technical services to the Oil and Gas industry both offshore and onshore for over 19 years, we have put together a team with many years of diverse experience in the Oil and Gas industry to focus on asset development as well as provide Technical and Operational Services.

The team is well placed to manage and operate undeveloped and developed assets (marginal or block) with their vast experience in Exploration and Production.

We provide technical support to clients in; seismic interpretation, production data analytics, reserves evaluation, field development plan, data room viewing, drilling services, manpower supply, reserves evaluation,modelling, numerical simulation, reservoir characterization and economical evaluation.

We aim to build full delivery capability across the upstream oil and gas value chain in the mid-term but be a net sustainable energy provider by 2030.

Mining

Our Mining and Mineral Exploration arm is still evolving and at it’s early stage. Our Geologists are currently evaluating prospective fields and opportunitiesalready presented to us on some potential mines for Gold, Diamond, Lithium, Chromium and Copper.

We intend to form a formidable partnership by late 2021 or early 2022 and put together a team of experienced geologists, geophysicists, geochemists to commence the extraction of valuable, high quality extractive minerals after careful evaluation of the data and materials available to us in selecting the appropriate mining sites. We are currently working with Geological consultants to evaluate current opportunities.

Defence & Security

We provide systems and equipment that protect people and national security.

Through our partnership with various Original Equipment Manufacturers we are strategically placed to provide West Africa a wide range of hardware and equipment that utilize the latest technology. Our partners manufacture state-of-the-art military and defence aircrafts, vehicles, ships, electronic systems and a wide range of weapons suitable for air, land and marine engagements.

In addition we provide various specialised intelligence gathering gadgets and surveillance equipment and systems.

We have kept a reputation as a dependable and trusted firm and aim to be the partner of choice in Defence, Security and Aerospace equipment supplies. We are well placed to support the Military, Navy, Air force and other security agencies in West Africa to secure our environment.
